The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers during routine banking transactions including the opening and closing of accounts. The Customer Service Representative will complete all necessary documentation to apply for banking services. Additional responsibilities will include teller and cash handling transactions. Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, e-mail, fax, correspondence, or in person.
High school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of standard computer software programs, and two year’s work experience in finance or accounting desired.
